Out of all the positions of Quake, the Floor Attendant has the most interactive and dynamic role. One might presume they are the “lifeguards” of Quake - but they are far more. Instead of being stationed off to the side, observing and engaging only when someone breaks a rule or requires assistance, a floor attendant is part of Quake’s high-energy atmosphere. This role is exciting, fun, and rewarding! Floor Attendants contribute to Quakes’ safety culture and actively contribute to the fast-paced experience. For Quake to provide consistency for the customer, the Floor Attendant must take a leading role. Floor Attendants oversee the safety operation of the jump courts, and the other facility features while providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional entertainment experience for our guests. A Floor Attendant’s attitude directly affects how Quake is perceived. Your main functions are to ensure that company policies and rules are being followed and that all jump areas and other attractions are properly maintained to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. Plus, a Floor Attendant facilitates money transactions for customers by accepting cash, credit, or debit.
