A Game Attendant monitors the arcade games, laser maze, laser tag arena, and VR attractions. They explain the rules, make customers play by the rules and follow proper etiquette and demonstrate how a game is played if needed. A Game attendant plays a vital role in the customers’ experience with Quake attractions. The Game attendant invites customers to play and talks to each customer in a positive and exciting manner. A Game Attendant also ensures all gaming equipment is in good working condition. They may need to test machines to ensure they are working properly and contact a Game Technician or the manager on duty if a machine is malfunctioning, and if the equipment is damaged or missing parts.
